MS Systems Engineering
MS Systems Engineering program was launched in 1988 to fulfill the skilled manpower requirements of strategic organizations in the area of instrumentation and control. The program focuses on teaching and research in the fields of advanced control, applied electronics, signal & image processing, robotics & automation, and machine learning. This program spans a period of 2 years, comprising 5 regular semesters covering 69 credit hours. Seventeen batches have already graduated under this program and 2 are currently pursuing their studies at the institute. The graduates of the program are potential contributors to academia, R&D organizations, control and automation, and software industries of public and private sector organizations in and outside Pakistan.

MS Electrical Engineering
The first batch of MS Electrical Engineering with specialization in Power has been launched for the session starting in Spring 2015. This program will take benefit from teaching experience and research expertise of existing faculty at graduate in diverse areas in tandem with state-of-the-art lab facilities.

BS Electrical Engineering
The first batch of BS Electrical Engineering with specialization in Electronics has been launched for the session starting in Fall 2009. Moreover, considering the increasing demand for Electrical Engineers in public and private sector organizations of Pakistan, PIEAS is also planning to initiate specializations in Power, Communication, and Computer Engineering. This program will take benefit from teaching experience and research expertise of existing faculty at graduate in diverse areas in tandem with state-of-the-art lab facilities. PIEAS BS Electrical Engineering and BS Mechanical Engineering are accredited by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
